Their sister Helen, who immigrated earlier and worked alongside them, even donated a kidney to Spiros in 1988, embodying the unbreakable family bonds that fuel our daily operations. Today, under the next generation of this family, the Psihos family continues to greet guests by name at our Lake Bluff diner, creating a home-away-from-home where staff who have been here since the early 1980s continue to greet their customers like family.
